- Provide expert advice and active support to customers in skincare and other beauty departments.
- Embody the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, engaging, and closing sales with customers.
- Share in-depth product knowledge and beauty trends with customers and team members.
- Continuously develop personal expertise and share knowledge through beauty classes and team collaborations.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and organized.
- Operate the cash register and manage daily business tasks.
- Support merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
- Completed training in relevant beauty departments with a minimum training period of 6 months.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in skincare or related beauty departments.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Strong organizational and team collaboration skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in retail, consulting, or customer service within the beauty industry is required.
