Sephora Services Manager

1. Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the store.
2. Ensure effective daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Train and support the Coordinator, Beauty Studio to drive daily services.
4. Leverage technology innovations to enhance in-store client experiences.
5. Manage the Online Reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
6. Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client learning and sales.
7. Facilitate the development and certification process for Beauty Advisors.
8. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
9. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to build and develop effective teams.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
