Sephora Senior Site Reliability Engineer

- Ensure platform stability by operating and supporting the Dotcom and OMNI platform, ensuring high availability and resilience.
- Lead incident response efforts, including triaging, diagnosing, and resolving L2/L3 production incidents, and conducting post-incident reviews.
- Drive intelligent automation by building automation solutions and creating AI-driven reliability tools to enhance productivity and stability.
- Enhance observability through the development and optimization of logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, and anomaly detection systems.
- Validate release readiness by ensuring world-class readiness for releases, seasonal events, feature launches, and traffic spikes.
- Maintain reliability standards by optimizing SLO/SLI frameworks and monitoring error budgets.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering in high-scale digital applications.
- Strong understanding of reliability principles and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in cloud-native technologies such as Azure AKS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Service Mesh.
- Experience with observability tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Strong scripting abilities in Python, Bash, PowerShell, and YAML.
- Proven incident management skills and experience in root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
A minimum of six years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering roles within high-scale digital environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
The annual base salary range for this position is $155,070.00 - $172,300.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
