Sephora Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs

- Lead the 'Regulation and Quality' team within the Greater China Legal and Corporate Affairs Department.
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies for Sephora China, ensuring alignment with Chinese regulatory standards.
- Interpret and translate regulations from the National Medical Products Administration into actionable internal standards.
- Oversee product compliance management, including labeling, packaging, and claim content.
- Establish compliance review mechanisms for marketing and advertising materials.
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory inspections and inquiries.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and capability building initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of regulatory and quality management experts.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of regulatory affairs experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry.
- Proven experience leading teams in a regulated environment.
- Expertise in key Chinese regulations related to cosmetics.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Minimum 8 years of regulatory affairs experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry, preferably with multinational corporations or large retail groups.
