1. Lead the 'Regulation and Quality' team within the Greater China Legal and Corporate Affairs Department.
2. Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies for Sephora China, ensuring alignment with Chinese regulatory standards.
3. Interpret and translate regulations from the National Medical Products Administration into actionable internal standards.
4. Oversee the compliance review of product labeling, instructions, and packaging.
5. Establish a compliance review mechanism for marketing materials to ensure legal compliance.
6. Serve as the primary contact for routine inspections by regulatory authorities.
7. Manage a team of regulatory and quality management experts, providing mentorship and performance feedback.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum 8 years of regulatory affairs experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry.
3. Proven experience leading teams in a regulated environment.
4. Expertise in Chinese regulations such as the Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Regulation.

Minimum 8 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the cosmetics or personal care industry, preferably with multinational corporations or large retail groups.
