- Design, develop and implement end-to-end integration flows using SAP CPI, SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP to enable reliable, scalable data exchange.
- Configure and maintain APIs, adapters and message mappings within SAP Integration Suite to support SAP and non‑SAP system interoperability.
- Integrate SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA and third‑party applications, ensuring data accuracy and transactional integrity.
- Apply and enforce enterprise security standards (OAuth, SAML, encryption) and authentication mechanisms for secure integrations.
- Troubleshoot, analyze and optimize integration performance and reliability; provide proactive monitoring and remediation.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications for integrations and enhancements.
- Provide post‑implementation support and partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, value‑driven solutions.
- Stay current with SAP BTP innovations and emerging integration patterns to continuously improve solution design and delivery.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing integrations using SAP CPI, SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP.
- Proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with downstream and third‑party systems.
- Practical experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center for building and maintaining HR data integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and produce clear functional and technical documentation.
- Solid understanding of enterprise identity and security concepts (SAML, OAuth, encryption) and secure data exchange patterns.
- Proficiency in Groovy and JavaScript for custom scripting within CPI integrations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder collaboration skills.

At least 5 years of progressive, hands‑on experience implementing complex integrations with SAP CPI/Integration Suite and SAP BTP, including demonstrable SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations with multiple downstream systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
