1. Design, develop and implement end-to-end integration flows using SAP CPI, SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP to enable reliable, scalable data exchange.
2. Configure and maintain APIs, adapters and message mappings within SAP Integration Suite to support SAP and non‑SAP system interoperability.
3. Integrate SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA and third‑party applications, ensuring data accuracy and transactional integrity.
4. Apply and enforce enterprise security standards (OAuth, SAML, encryption) and authentication mechanisms for secure integrations.
5. Troubleshoot, analyze and optimize integration performance and reliability; provide proactive monitoring and remediation.
6. Gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications for integrations and enhancements.
7. Provide post‑implementation support and partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, value‑driven solutions.
8. Stay current with SAP BTP innovations and emerging integration patterns to continuously improve solution design and delivery.

1. Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing integrations using SAP CPI, SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP.
2. Proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with downstream and third‑party systems.
3. Practical experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center for building and maintaining HR data integrations.
4. Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and produce clear functional and technical documentation.
5. Solid understanding of enterprise identity and security concepts (SAML, OAuth, encryption) and secure data exchange patterns.
6. Proficiency in Groovy and JavaScript for custom scripting within CPI integrations.
7. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder collaboration skills.

At least 5 years of progressive, hands‑on experience implementing complex integrations with SAP CPI/Integration Suite and SAP BTP, including demonstrable SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations with multiple downstream systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
