1. Manage floor operations and supervise customer service quality to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
2. Drive store KPIs and assist in achieving sales targets while motivating store staff.
3. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Execute visual merchandising to maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of testers.
5. Oversee inventory management, including receiving, returns, stock transfers, and audits.
6. Ensure adherence to store service standards, including membership binding and beauty services.
7. Act as a floor manager, managing floor affairs and enhancing customer shopping experience.
8. Assist store management in implementing daily sales strategies and motivating staff to meet KPIs.
9. Maintain a clean and safe store environment and handle daily operational tasks.

1. Excellent communication and coordination skills with a focus on customer service.
2. Detail-oriented with potential for management and a spirit of teamwork.
3. Willingness to relocate within the city as per operational needs.
4. Punctuality and adherence to shift schedules as assigned by the store manager.
5. Experience in store support is preferred.
6. Completion of Sephora University basic management courses and exams.
