1. Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
3. Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or as delegated.
4. Operate cash register when necessary.
5. Apply cosmetic products to clients as needed.

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
2. Desirable experience in retail, services, or supervisory roles.

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Critical thinking and logical reasoning.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
4. Ability to communicate clearly and objectively with customers and staff.

Previous experience in retail or supervisory roles is desirable, particularly in the beauty sector.
