- Expand product and service knowledge and impart this expertise to the team to meet commercial challenges.
- Plan and implement strategies aligned with the commercial and human development plan.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-driven environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of initial managerial experience in a customer-focused industry is required.
