Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead by example on the sales floor to drive store performance, exceed sales targets, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Coach, mentor and develop direct reports through ongoing feedback, performance conversations and targeted learning to elevate team capabilities.
- Deliver personalised client service and expert product recommendations to build loyalty and increase conversion and average transaction value.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, execution of brand initiatives, and adherence to company standards.
- Support onboarding and product training programs to ensure team proficiency in products, services and loyalty program benefits.
- Ensure accurate execution of loss prevention procedures, safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure shopping environment.
- Maintain flexible schedule coverage for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and ensure punctuality and reliable staffing.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing service environment; 3 years preferred.
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to reach sales and service objectives.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering strong client service and meeting measurable sales goals.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and managing competing priorities.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail floor duties for extended periods.

At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service is required; 3 years preferred. Proven history of coaching teams, driving sales, and delivering high-quality client service in a busy retail environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or retail/beauty vocational training preferred.
