Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead by example to inspire and coach store team members to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales targets.
- Drive in-store performance through proactive client engagement, expert product recommendations and loyalty program activation.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development plans to elevate individual and team performance.
- Support onboarding, training and continuous learning initiatives covering product knowledge, service standards and brand initiatives.
- Execute daily store operations including inventory controls, visual merchandising and adherence to company policies and standards.
- Maintain reliable coverage for scheduled shifts and ensure operational readiness during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes openness and teamwork.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment; 3 years preferred.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop teams to achieve sales and service goals.
- Demonstrated track record of strong client service and sales performance.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments with proven success coaching teams and achieving sales targets; experience in beauty retail is strongly preferred (3 years preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, retail management or cosmetology preferred.
