Sephora Retail Supervisor

1. Create daily staff schedules and coordinate employees on the sales floor.
2. Manage employee absences and sickness in the absence of the manager.
3. Induct and train new employees.
4. Implement floor management and act as a role model for the Sephora Attitude.
5. Support in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
6. Ensure excellent customer service and team alignment.
7. Conduct morning briefings and shift handovers.
8. Organize beauty classes and create engaging customer experiences.
9. Update visual merchandising and implement updates.
10. Maintain order and cleanliness on the sales floor.
11. Conduct inventories to ensure optimal stock availability.
12. Manage merchandise from receipt to storage, booking out, and returns.
13. Prepare for the opening and closing of the store.
14. Report and track maintenance and merchandise issues.
15. Deputize for the Corner Manager when necessary.

1. At least 2-3 years' experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
2. Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel is advantageous.
3. Good knowledge of English or the native language of the country.
