1. Manage the sales floor, focusing on key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and the Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support Managers in developing the store's commercial and HR strategy.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs to motivate and achieve results.
5. Coordinate commercial activities including promotions, events, and product launches.
6. Maintain optimal stock levels and manage the stockroom efficiently.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies.
8. Train and guide new hires in collaboration with Managers.
9. Build and maintain relationships within and beyond the organization.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor.
2. Experience in dynamic, multinational retail environments.

A minimum of 3 years in similar roles within retail environments.
