1. Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories: makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support store management in developing and executing commercial and HR strategies.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set goals.
5. Coordinate commercial activities such as promotions, events, and product launches.
6. Oversee stockroom management, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as established by central departments.
8. Train and mentor new hires, guiding their professional development.
9. Foster open and trusting relationships within and beyond the organization.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic, multinational retail environments.
2. Proficiency in commerce KPIs, budget management, analysis, and reporting.
3. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team towards achieving objectives.
4. Demonstrated dynamism, flexibility, and resilience.
