Sephora Retail Specialist

- Manage the sales floor across key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
- Support Managers in developing and implementing the store's commercial and HR strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, and new product launches.
- Oversee stockroom management, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central departments.
- Train new hires and guide their development in collaboration with Managers.
- Build and maintain open and trusting relationships within and beyond the organization.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a multinational retail environment.
- Proficiency in managing key commerce KPIs and budget management.
- Proven ability to lead a team and foster a collaborative team spirit.
