Sephora Retail Specialist

- Oversee the sales floor, managing one or more key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
- Support management in daily operations, contributing to the store's commercial and HR strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set goals.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities including promotions, events, and product launches.
- Manage stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as directed by central departments.
- Train new hires and support their professional development in collaboration with management.
- Build and maintain relationships within and beyond the organization, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a multinational retail environment.
- Proficiency in key commerce KPIs, budget management, and daily reporting.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team towards achieving objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills for KPI monitoring and reporting.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic retail environment.
Minimum of 3-4 years in a similar role within a dynamic, multinational retail environment.
