1. Oversee the sales floor, managing one or more key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support management in daily operations, contributing to the store's commercial and HR strategies.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set goals.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities including promotions, events, and product launches.
6. Manage stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as directed by central departments.
8. Train new hires and support their professional development in collaboration with management.
9. Build and maintain relationships within and beyond the organization, fostering a collaborative work environment.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a multinational retail environment.
2. Proficiency in key commerce KPIs, budget management, and daily reporting.
3. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team towards achieving objectives.
