Sephora Retail Specialist

- Manage the retail floor, focusing on key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
- Support Managers in developing the store's commercial and HR strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities including promotions, events, and CRM campaigns.
- Oversee stockroom management, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as directed by central departments.
- Train new hires and guide their professional development in collaboration with Managers.
- Foster open and trusting interactions with diverse groups, building relationships within and beyond the organization.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor.
- Experience in dynamic, multinational retail environments.
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and budget management.
- Ability to analyze data and produce daily reports.
- Proven team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate.
- Dynamism, flexibility, and resilience.
Minimum of 3-4 years in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor, preferably in multinational retail environments.
