Sephora Retail Specialist

- Manage the sales floor, focusing on key product categories: makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
- Support store management in developing commercial and HR strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs to motivate and drive results.
- Coordinate commercial activities such as promotions, events, and product launches.
- Manage stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies.
- Train and mentor new hires, guiding their professional development.
- Build and maintain relationships within and beyond the organization.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in commerce KPIs and budget management.
- Proven ability to lead a team towards achieving objectives.
- Dynamic, flexible, and resilient personality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical skills for KPI monitoring and reporting.
- Organizational skills for coordinating commercial activities.
Minimum of 3 years in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
