1. Manage the sales floor, focusing on key product categories: makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support store management in developing commercial and HR strategies.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs to motivate and drive results.
5. Coordinate commercial activities such as promotions, events, and product launches.
6. Manage stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies.
8. Train and mentor new hires, guiding their professional development.
9. Build and maintain relationships within and beyond the organization.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a retail environment.
2. Proficiency in commerce KPIs and budget management.
3. Proven ability to lead a team towards achieving objectives.
