Sephora Retail Specialist

- Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, or Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
- Support Managers in developing and implementing the store's commercial and HR strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities including promotions, events, and new product launches.
- Manage stockroom operations to maintain optimal stock levels and align with merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central departments.
- Train and mentor new hires in collaboration with Managers.
- Foster open and trusting interactions with diverse groups, building strong relationships within and beyond the organization.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor, preferably in multinational retail environments.
- Proficiency in managing key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management and reporting.
- Proven ability to lead a team towards achieving objectives while fostering a collaborative team spirit.

- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple commercial activities simultaneously.
