1. Manage the sales floor, focusing on key product categories including makeup, skincare, fragrance, and the Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support managerial activities, contributing to the store's commercial and HR strategy development.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as promotions, events, and new product launches.
6. Manage stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as directed by central departments.
8. Train new hires and support their professional development in collaboration with Managers.
9. Build and maintain trustful relationships within and beyond the organization.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a retail environment.
2. Proficiency in key commerce KPIs and budget management.
3. Demonstrated team management skills with a focus on achieving objectives and fostering team spirit.
4. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient personality.
