Sephora Retail Specialist

- Manage the sales floor, focusing on key product categories including makeup, skincare, fragrance, and the Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.

- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in key commerce KPIs and budget management.
- Demonstrated team management skills with a focus on achieving objectives and fostering team spirit.
- Dynamic, flexible, and resilient personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive results.
