1. Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, or Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisors.
3. Support Managers in developing and executing the store's commercial and HR strategies.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
5. Coordinate commercial activities including promotions, events, and product launches.
6. Oversee stockroom management, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as directed by central departments.
8. Train and mentor new hires, supporting their professional growth in collaboration with Managers.
9. Foster open communication and relationship-building within and beyond the organization.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a multinational retail environment.
2. Proficiency in key commerce KPIs and budget management.
3. Demonstrated team management skills with a focus on achieving objectives and fostering team spirit.
