1. Manage the sales floor, focusing on key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and the Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support management in developing and executing store commercial and HR strategies.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
5. Coordinate commercial activities including promotions, events, and new product launches.
6. Oversee stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central departments.
8. Train and mentor new hires in collaboration with management.
9. Foster open communication and build relationships within and beyond the organization.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor.
2. Experience in dynamic, multinational retail environments.

2. Ability to manage and motivate a team towards achieving objectives.
3. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient nature.
