Sephora Retail Specialist

- Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
- Support Managers in developing and executing the store's commercial and HR strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, and product launches.
- Manage stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central departments.
- Train and mentor new hires, guiding them through their development in collaboration with Managers.
- Build and maintain open, trusting relationships within and beyond the organization.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder.
- Experience in dynamic, multinational retail environments.
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and budget management.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamism, flexibility, and resilience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
