1. Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support Managers in developing and executing the store's commercial and HR strategies.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, and product launches.
6. Manage stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central departments.
8. Train and mentor new hires, guiding them through their development in collaboration with Managers.
9. Build and maintain open, trusting relationships within and beyond the organization.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder.
2. Experience in dynamic, multinational retail environments.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
