1. Manage the sales floor across one or more product categories, including make-up, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the team of Beauty Advisors.
3. Support management in daily operations, contributing to commercial and HR strategy development.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels in line with merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
8. Train new employees and support their growth and development in collaboration with management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.

1. Strong understanding of retail KPIs and budget management.
2. Proficiency in daily analysis and reporting.
3. Exceptional team management skills with a focus on achieving objectives and fostering team spirit.

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within the retail sector.
