Sephora Retail Specialist

- Manage the sales floor, focusing on key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and the Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
- Support store management in developing and implementing commercial and HR strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities including promotions, events, and product launches.
- Oversee stockroom management, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in managing key commerce KPIs, budget management, and reporting.
- Proven ability to lead a team towards achieving objectives while maintaining a positive team spirit.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical skills for monitoring KPIs and managing budgets.
