1. Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories: makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support Managers in developing and implementing the store's commercial and HR strategies.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set targets.
5. Coordinate commercial activities such as promotions, events, and product launches.
6. Oversee stockroom management, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central departments.
8. Train and guide new hires in collaboration with Managers.
9. Build and maintain relationships within and beyond the organization.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a multinational retail environment.
2. Proficiency in managing commerce KPIs and budget analysis.
3. Proven ability to lead a team and foster a collaborative team spirit.
4. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient nature.
