- Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient back‑of‑house processes.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and event activations.
- Assist the team in delivering exceptional client service and contribute to achieving sales and conversion objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain punctuality and meet the required minimum weekly shifts; be available for peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting and transporting merchandise (up to 50 pounds).
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment preferred.
- Proven organizational and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team‑oriented and goal driven.
- Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it to clients.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and meeting attendance/scheduling expectations.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
