1. Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient back‑of‑house processes.
2. Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and event activations.
4. Assist the team in delivering exceptional client service and contribute to achieving sales and conversion objectives.
5. Adhere to company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
6. Maintain punctuality and meet the required minimum weekly shifts; be available for peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
7. Perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting and transporting merchandise (up to 50 pounds).

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment preferred.
2. Proven organizational and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail.
3. Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team‑oriented and goal driven.
4. Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it to clients.
5. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and meeting attendance/scheduling expectations.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
