Sephora Retail Operations Associate

1. Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a secure, efficient and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.
2. Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and accuracy.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora’s brand standards and drive event/campaign execution.
4. Deliver and support outstanding client service, assisting team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the in-store experience.
5. Adhere to company policies and operational standards to promote safety, security and a consistent shopping experience.
6. Maintain punctuality and meet required shift/hours including nights, weekends and holiday coverage as needed.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or other client-focused operational roles.
2. Excellent organizational skills with strong time management and attention to detail.
3. Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; capable of conveying product knowledge to colleagues and clients.
4. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
5. Availability for flexible scheduling and consistent attendance; ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–2 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment, with hands-on experience in inventory handling, store operations and supporting sales activities.
