1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty products across various departments including skincare, haircare, and wellness.
3. Participate in initial and ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
5. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and insights about beauty trends and products.
6. Ensure availability for key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
