1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Advise customers on beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Assist customers in discovering features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends.
6. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.

1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

2. Strong customer service orientation.
3. Ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
4. Keen interest in beauty trends and product knowledge.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
