1. Manage recruitment processes for a dedicated group autonomously.
2. Participate in launching recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices at headquarters.
3. Assist managers in drafting job descriptions.
4. Publish job listings and source resumes.
5. Conduct interviews and participate in recruitment events at schools.
6. Ensure an optimal candidate experience.
7. Plan and facilitate onboarding sessions for interns and apprentices.
8. Conduct follow-up meetings with interns and apprentices.
9. Identify high-potential talents.
10. Manage interpersonal relationships and serve as the primary HR contact for the Campus Headquarters population and their managers.
11. Participate in organizing events for the Campus Headquarters population.
12. Propose employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or Business School with a specialization in HR.
2. Interest in recruitment and operational HR management.
3. Professional proficiency in English.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Master's degree in Human Resources or Business School specialization in HR.
