1. Contribute to the development and follow-up of the Business Plan for each Real Estate project.
2. Participate in the Real Estate Projects Budgeting Process to establish Capex and Opex for openings and remodelings.
3. Analyze deviations from the budget and timeline of Real Estate Projects and propose solutions to achieve approved KPIs.
4. Maintain reporting on key Real Estate and Construction KPIs.
5. Assist in setting and achieving annual goals for openings, closings, renewals, and rent reductions.
6. Conduct benchmarking studies of Real Estate and Construction markets.
7. Contribute to Construction efficiency projects by streamlining activities and implementing key insights.

1. Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
