- Manage supplier relationships, including contributing to supplier knowledge and updating supplier mapping.
- Monitor supplier service quality across various metrics such as product quality, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in performance reviews, reporting, and dispute resolution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers.
- Manage new product launches by analyzing project briefs and identifying purchasing needs.
- Propose supplier panels and launch calls for tenders.
- Conduct margin simulations and propose optimization strategies.
- Participate in pricing and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor and manage performance by analyzing margins and generating performance reports.
- Update data in SAP and participate in tool and process evolution projects.
- Business/engineering school degree or Bac + 5 university course with a specialization in purchasing.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing.
- Strong knowledge of promotional items, packaging, or make-up/skincare depending on portfolio.
- Ability to adapt to an international environment.
- Leadership and management skills, including negotiation, results orientation, and strategic vision.
- Organizational skills and ability to work in project mode.
- Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing.
Business/engineering school degree or Bac + 5 university course with a specialization in purchasing.
