1. Manage supplier relationships, including contributing to supplier knowledge and updating supplier mapping.
2. Monitor supplier service quality across various metrics such as product quality, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
3. Participate in performance reviews, reporting, and dispute resolution.
4. Support continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers.
5. Manage new product launches by analyzing project briefs and identifying purchasing needs.
6. Propose supplier panels and launch calls for tenders.
7. Conduct margin simulations and propose optimization strategies.
8. Participate in pricing and commercial negotiations.
9. Monitor and manage performance by analyzing margins and generating performance reports.
10. Update data in SAP and participate in tool and process evolution projects.

1. Business/engineering school degree or Bac + 5 university course with a specialization in purchasing.
2. Professional proficiency in English.
3. 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing.

1. Strong knowledge of promotional items, packaging, or make-up/skincare depending on portfolio.
2. Ability to adapt to an international environment.
3. Leadership and management skills, including negotiation, results orientation, and strategic vision.
4. Organizational skills and ability to work in project mode.
5. Team spirit and collaborative mindset.

Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing.
