- Manage supplier relationships, including knowledge contribution, supplier mapping updates, and service quality monitoring.
- Participate in performance reviews, reporting, and dispute resolution.
- Update CSR data and monitor industrial capacities and contractual commitments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers.
- Manage new product launches by analyzing project briefs, proposing supplier panels, and launching calls for tenders.
- Perform margin simulations, verify production capacities, and participate in negotiations.
- Monitor and manage purchasing performance indicators and generate reports.
- Update data in SAP and participate in budget preparation and stock monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field with a specialization in purchasing.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing.
- Strong knowledge of promotional items, packaging, make-up, or skincare.
- Ability to adapt to an international environment.
- Leadership and management skills, including negotiation, strategic vision, and organizational skills.
- Team spirit and collaborative mindset.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field with a specialization in purchasing.
