1. Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
2. Enhance staff productivity and engagement.
3. Manage stock availability and replenishment efficiency.
4. Adhere to operational routines and achieve turnover targets.
5. Support the development of the product category.
6. Monitor retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and service numbers.
7. Conduct scheduled inventory checks.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and products.
9. Assist with merchandising updates and inventory tasks.
10. Operate the cash register and handle daily business tasks.

1. Fluent in English or German.
2. Comparable experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sectors.
3. First experience in retail and customer service.
