Sephora Operations Leader

- Lead day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and loss-prevention protocols.
- Direct visual merchandising and execution of promotions to ensure brand standards and optimize sales.
- Coach, train and develop the operations team to improve operational skills, selling behaviours and performance against store KPIs.
- Support and partner with sales teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet store objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and store maintenance to create a secure shopping environment.
- Manage scheduling and availability to cover peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams to achieve measurable results.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
