Sephora Operations Lead

- Lead daily store operations to ensure execution of company standards and operational excellence.
- Directly manage the store Operations team, including hiring, scheduling, coaching and performance management.
- Oversee inventory control activities: receiving, shipping, returns, cycle counts and loss prevention processes.
- Coordinate and supervise overnight stock teams and third-party cleaning/maintenance partners to ensure compliance with standards.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising and on-floor presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage supplies, testers and sample inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels and control store spend.
- Support payroll and staffing decisions by developing budget strategies and monitoring controllable expenses.
- Act as Manager on Duty as required and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor to support service delivery.
- Minimum three years of retail operations or supervisory experience in a high-volume store environment, preferably within beauty or specialty retail.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence peers and deliver constructive feedback.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising and loss-prevention practices.
- Demonstrated time management, problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible retail operations or supervisory experience in a busy, service-oriented store environment; experience in beauty or specialty retail strongly preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
