Sephora Operations Lead

1. Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards.
4. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate levels of store supplies, testers, and samples.
5. Participate in performance management and development for the operations team.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop and implement budget strategies, demonstrating expertise in sales performance and expense management.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong store operations skills.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Compensation ranges from CAD$20.00 to CAD$23.55 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
