1. Lead all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Manage inventory processes, including shipping, receiving, and returns.
3. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain company standards.
4. Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching.
5. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance and expense management.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

2. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of three years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
