1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and adhere to Sephora's merchandising concepts.
4. Perform shipment receipt and processing, and organize stockroom per company standards.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company standards.
6. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
7. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while attending to client and business needs.
4. Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
5. High School diploma or equivalent.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
