Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide professional and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
4. Ensure cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora’s merchandising standards.
5. Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner, and organize stockroom per company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company guidelines.
7. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
9. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$17.70 - CAD$22.15 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
