Sephora Operations Associate

- Oversee daily store operations to maintain a safe, efficient and brand-compliant environment.
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, accuracy checks, receiving and order fulfillment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora brand standards and support events.
- Support the sales floor to deliver exceptional client service and help the team achieve sales goals.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to ensure loss prevention, safety and quality.
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
- 1–2 years' experience in retail operations, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with strong time-management and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate in a team-oriented setting.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey information to colleagues and clients.

Entry-level role requiring approximately 1–2 years of experience in a similar retail, hospitality, or client-focused position.
