- Maintain operational efficiency by monitoring KPIs and implementing optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with store management on promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Support new store opening procedures, including merchandise setup.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the beauty or retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of makeup products and application techniques.
- Strong capability to develop and guide a team.
