1. Provide active support and advice to customers in the makeup department, staying abreast of beauty trends.
2. Exemplify the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, informing, and closing sales with customers.
3. Utilize in-depth product knowledge to sell products and build customer relationships.
4. Continuously develop personal expertise and share knowledge with the team.
5. Implement beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
6. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
7. Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked.
8. Perform warehousing and stocking duties, including inventory management.
9. Operate the cash register and support daily business operations.

1. Completed training in the makeup field with a minimum training period of 6 months.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in the makeup department.

1. Excellent communication skills with customers.
2. Mature experience in retail, consulting, and customer interaction.
3. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
4. Fluency in English or German.
5. Strong team spirit and organizational skills.
