1. Provide active support and expert advice to customers in the makeup department.
2. Embody the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, engaging, and closing sales with customers.
3. Share in-depth product knowledge and establish customer relationships.
4. Continuously develop personal expertise and share knowledge with the team.
5. Conduct beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
6. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
7. Maintain product assortment and stock levels on the sales floor.
8. Perform cleaning and maintenance of sales floor furniture and products.
9. Assist with merchandising updates and inventory management.
10. Operate cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.

1. Completed training in the makeup field with a minimum duration of 6 months.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in the makeup department.

1. Excellent communication skills with customers.
2. Strong organizational and team-oriented abilities.
3. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
4. Fluency in English or German.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the makeup department, with mature experience in retail and customer consulting.
