- Provide active support and expert advice to customers in the makeup department.
- Embody the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, engaging, and closing sales with customers.
- Share in-depth product knowledge and establish customer relationships.
- Continuously develop personal expertise and share knowledge with the team.
- Conduct beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain product assortment and stock levels on the sales floor.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of sales floor furniture and products.
- Assist with merchandising updates and inventory management.
- Operate cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.
- Completed training in the makeup field with a minimum duration of 6 months.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the makeup department.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Strong organizational and team-oriented abilities.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Fluency in English or German.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the makeup department, with mature experience in retail and customer consulting.
