- Provide expert advice and support to customers in the makeup department, ensuring exceptional service and trend awareness.
- Embody the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, engaging, and closing sales with customers.
- Share knowledge of products, trends, and beauty news with customers and team members.
- Continuously develop personal expertise and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Implement beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
- Develop team looks to support brand initiatives, trends, and animations.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked and products are prepared for sale.
- Clean and organize sales floor furniture and products.
- Assist with merchandising updates and inventory management.
- Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.
- Completed training in the makeup field, minimum 6 months duration.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the makeup department.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Strong retail, consulting, and customer service experience.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Fluency in English or German.
- Communicative, reliable, and organized with a team-oriented spirit.
- Open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the makeup department.
Completed training in the makeup field (minimum 6 months).
