1. Provide expert advice and support to customers in the makeup department, ensuring exceptional service and trend awareness.
2. Embody the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, engaging, and closing sales with customers.
3. Share knowledge of products, trends, and beauty news with customers and team members.
4. Continuously develop personal expertise and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
5. Implement beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
6. Develop team looks to support brand initiatives, trends, and animations.
7. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
8. Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked and products are prepared for sale.
9. Clean and organize sales floor furniture and products.
10. Assist with merchandising updates and inventory management.
11. Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.

1. Completed training in the makeup field, minimum 6 months duration.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in the makeup department.

1. Excellent communication skills with customers.
2. Strong retail, consulting, and customer service experience.
3. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
4. Fluency in English or German.
5. Communicative, reliable, and organized with a team-oriented spirit.
6. Open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the makeup department.

Completed training in the makeup field (minimum 6 months).
