- Provide active support and advice to customers in the makeup department, staying abreast of beauty trends.
- Embody the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, engaging, and closing sales with customers.
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to sell products and establish customer relationships.
- Share knowledge about products, trends, and beauty news with customers and team members.
- Continuously develop personal expertise and share insights with the team.
- Implement beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
- Develop team looks to support brands, trends, and animations.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked.
- Clean and organize furniture and products on the sales floor.
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Support merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
- Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.
- Completed training in the makeup field with a minimum training period of 6 months.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the makeup department.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Mature experience in retail, consulting, and customer interaction.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Fluency in English or German.
- Strong team spirit and organizational skills.
- Open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the makeup department.
