1. Provide active support and expert advice to customers in the makeup department.

3. Sell products by leveraging in-depth product knowledge and building customer relationships.
4. Share knowledge about products, trends, and beauty news.
5. Continuously develop personal expertise and share it with the team.
6. Conduct beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
7. Develop team looks to support brands, trends, and animations.
8. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
9. Maintain assortment and merchandise on the sales floor.
10. Prepare products for sale and ensure the sales floor is fully stocked.
11. Clean furniture and products on the sales floor.
12. Manage warehousing and stocking of goods.
13. Support merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
14. Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.

1. Completed training in the makeup field (minimum 6 months).
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in the makeup department.

1. Excellent communication skills with customers.
2. Mature experience in retail, consulting, and customer interaction.
3. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
4. Fluency in English or German.
5. Communicative, reliable, and organized.
6. Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly manner.

Minimum of 3 years in a professional makeup environment.

Completed training in the makeup field (minimum 6 months).
