- Provide active support and advice to customers in makeup, skincare, hair care, and fragrance departments.
- Embody the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, informing, and closing sales effectively.
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to sell products and build customer relationships.
- Share expertise on products, trends, and beauty news with customers and team members.
- Continuously develop personal expertise and conduct beauty classes.
- Manage the Beauty Hub and develop team looks to support brands and trends.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain and stock merchandise on the sales floor and in the warehouse.
- Assist with merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
- Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.
- Completed training in relevant beauty departments with a minimum training period of 6 months.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organized, reliable, and communicative with a friendly demeanor.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in retail, consulting, or customer service within the beauty industry is required.
