1. Provide active support and advice to customers in the makeup department, staying abreast of beauty trends.
2. Embody the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, engaging, and closing sales with customers.
3. Utilize in-depth product knowledge to sell products and establish customer relationships.
4. Share knowledge about products, trends, and beauty news with customers and team members.
5. Continuously develop personal expertise and share insights with the team.
6. Conduct beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
7. Develop team looks to support brands, trends, and animations.
8. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
9. Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked.
10. Clean furniture and products on the sales floor.
11. Manage warehousing and stocking of goods.
12. Support merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
13. Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.

1. Completed training in the makeup field, with a training period of at least 6 months.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the makeup department.

1. Excellent communication skills with customers.
2. Mature experience in retail, consulting, and customer interaction.
3. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
4. Fluency in English or German.
5. Communicative, reliable, and organized with a team spirit.
6. Open, motivating, and friendly manner.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the makeup department is required.

Completed training in the makeup field (minimum 6 months).
